Snapping Stuff

Its been a minute.


I was forced off the road for a few days last week when I hit a nasty potholed riding the Gen-2. The bike immediately cut out, I rolled it off the road and it started up ok however when I went to accelerate it cut out then surged then cut out again.

Fearing that I had loosened one of my battery cables (suspecting the Negative because with each drop out the dash remembered the time) I limped the bike 80km home and once I had it up on the lift discovered i'd completely snapped off the negative cable at the battery terminal.

I also did a new front engine mount.

Happily the bike is now back on the road.
