Gen-1 Progress
I stopped in to see Matt and deliver my mirrors. To my surprise he had the bars, wires and throttle/idle cable all mounted up. I was glad to see my calculations for the throttle/idle cables was bang on.
He also informed me that he'd had a good look at the brake calipers and mounts and was going to do them in this piece of work. (Makes sense to do them once now). He will be fitting a dual banjo setup (aka two full brake lines) this is the setup I was leaning towards initially as well.
The exhaust is off and once the tyres and galfer rotors are mounted on the new white wheels the bike will be able to be put on a lift clutch cable can be swapped out. I'm excited to see the new pipe (considering we ordered it month ago.
Matt has some black levers to go on and i've dropped off the shocks.
Matt also confirmed he has a set of free spirits stabilisers ready to go on.
Still not getting done this year but progress is progress and i'm super happy to see that.
